Crisp and uneventful in flavors. I like my Pinot Grigio's to be bold and dry. This one from Caposaldo was neither. It played well with the
Ginger Glazed Dorado, but it didn't bring anything to the table that wasn't already there. This wine could have been forgotten and the dinner would not have missed a beat. It was good to try, but now I know not to buy it again.
